About
I am an engineer and researcher specializing in computational modeling, machine learning, and algorithm development for complex physical systems. At Zeiss SMT, I develop algorithms that ensure the precision required for Extreme Ultraviolet Light (EUV) lithography in semiconductor manufacturing. My PhD research at the Technical University of Hamburg and Yale University focused on mechanobiology, where I combined finite element simulations and ML models with experiments to study multiscale biological phenomena.

Education
Check out my latest work
I've worked on a variety of projects, ranging from finite element to machine learning models and cell culture experiements. Here are a few of my favorites.
I like building things
I also started working on other projects that are not necessarily related to my primary line of research, mainly for fun and to learn new tools. Here are a few of the projects - more are coming once I find time to upload them.
Raspberry Pi
I always wanted to build something with a Raspberry Pi. So I built a little device to help me take care of my plants.
Download Activities from Strava
A simple python script to download Strava activities and store them in a Pandas DataFrame using the Strava API.
